• Fill Application Details of LL, selecting ’ LMV’ 

• Upload Photo and Signature Upload Documents (Age & Address Proof) 

• Fee Payment (Rs. 350) 

• Verify Payment Status 

• Print the Receipt 

• Book LL Slot 

• Watch Road Safety Video under ‘online LL Test(STALL)’ before LL test 

• Take written LL test at RTO

*Vehicle must have ‘L’ in front & back while practicing 

*Can apply for DL after minimum 1 month of LL

• Enter LL number, DOB & other details from LL

• Upload Documents (Learner License & Address Proof) in JPEG/JPG/PDF 

• Fee Payment (Rs. 400) 

• Verify Payment Status 

• Print the Receipt

• Book DL Slot

• Valid Driving License

• PAN Card 

• Aadhar Card 

• Current & Permanent Address Proofs 

• One Reference (With Addresses & Phone Numbers) 

• Bank Details (Passbook OR Cancelled Cheque) 

• BGC
